New Website

Whilst we have our services paused from taking on new customers and migrating all accounts to our new servers we are taking this time to update the website to give it that fresh new unique feel and look.

We are incorporating a new support ticketing system and knowledge base, these will accompany the YouTube videos that we are creating to get you started on your journey with us.

We want to provide an easy way for you to find all the information you require to have the best experience with us and our services so we are putting a lot of effort into these systems to make them the best, easiest to navigate and over all putting you first.

We are also looking into an AI chat bot that can forward you to the relevant information that you require before been placing a support ticket with us to make sure our time is best optimised to bringing the best experience we can offer.
