This includes:

* Not using the Bot for spamming or malicious activities
* Not sharing your server credentials or access tokens with anyone else
* Not attempting to bypass or disable any security measures implemented by us
* Complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and community guidelines

**Data Collection and Usage**

The Bot collects data related to user activity, including but not limited to:

  • Server information, such as server name, ID, and membership count.
  • UserID of banned users when been banned for scam related messages.

Tempest Solutions uses this data to improve the Bot’s functionality, detect and prevent abuse, and provide support for our users. We will never share your data with third parties without your explicit consent.

**Disclaimer**

Tempest Solutions is not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from:

* Malicious activities carried out by users
* Server downtime or data loss due to server maintenance or updates
* Any other issues related to the use of the Bot

**Limitations and Exclusions**

The Bot is provided “as is” without warranties, express or implied. Tempest Solutions disclaims all liability for any damage or loss resulting from the use of the Bot.

**Termination**

Tempest Solutions reserves the right to terminate your access to the Bot at any time, with or without cause. Termination may result in the immediate removal of the Bot from your server.

**Governing Law**

These Terms of Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom.

**Confidentiality**

Tempest Solutions may share confidential information related to your server or user activity with third-party service providers who assist us in providing the Bot’s functionality. You agree that we may disclose such information under the terms and conditions of this agreement.

**Changes to Terms**

Tempest Solutions reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time, without prior notice. Your continued use of the Bot constitutes your acceptance of any changes made.

By using the Bot, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of the Bot.
