Tempest Solutions is a customer focused company that strives to help new, small business and open source project’s.

Tempest Solutions was originally a software house back in 1997 and has developed and grown to a website design and hosting company offering our design customers hosting and email services, we have also taken steps to become a none profit, any profit is put back into the company to grow and expand our infrastructure.
In 2023 we decided to open our hosting services to the general public and are working towards that goal, this will take some time to implement as we are in talks with our ISP’s (uplinks) to offer better and ongoing services.
Cookies
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

We do not share any information that you provide us with the exception to abusing the services that we offer with malicious intent such as pirate software, media and video, we will also report to the authorities any images of under age children, spam mail, phishing and other related malicious activities etc.
How long we retain your data
If you contact us through the contact form, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up that may be required.
For users that register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username).
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account with us, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Contact us form may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
Payment Details
We do not hold any personal detail in connection to your payment details, the merchants that offer the payment service (PayPal, Stripe etc) have there own privacy policies and may keep your information for there own reasons.
