Wares/pirate software/copyright infringements

We class pirate software (warez), copyright infringement and uses of our services to steal, intimidate or cause others harm against out terms and conditions, if your content relates to any of the above we will suspend your account and report your details to the UK cyber crimes agency and local authorities.

 

False News, false content.

If you post false content or false news either political or otherwise to intentionally cause distress, harm or influence or others, similarly if you post content to defraud, manipulate others (scam) your account will be suspended and details will be shared with the local authorities and cyber crimes agency.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

 

Bulk emails.

If your bulk emails are to customers of your business and or project and are signed up to receive emails from yourselves then this is allowed but unexpected emails are not allowed and any emails considered as spam or scam emails will result in us investigating (contacting the account holder) and possibly suspending your account, if it is found that you are trying to scam or been a bad actor such as download malware onto the recipient’s device then the account will be suspended and passed onto the local authorities.
