AI Chat Bot
We have finally decided upon an AI chat bot and trained it with some of the information relevant to our site and services.
Support and pre-sales
Some of the training has started for our AI chat bot that you can open from any webpage on our website.
It can answer some of the support and pre-sales related questions and we are happy with the training so far, although some of the information it provides has not been trained yet at it is pulling general information from other sources out of the website but we will be working on this to provide a better self help solution for our customers and will continue to train the AI over the following months to offer a full support solution.
Support Desk
We have also made a support ticketing system available for the upcoming release to the public of our hosting services (normally used by our agencies clients), this ticketing system also has a knowledge base that is available for the AI support chat bot and as we populate it the AI will take some of the answers from it in regards to your questions.
We will also adding to the AI and knowledge base as questions coming from existing customers and pre-sales potential customers.
We are very excited to have AI included within our support and sales process as this should help streamline the process for customers and potential customers alike.
