Exactly as it says, outside of the cost of operating equipment, upgrading equipment and staff wages the organisation makes no profit for itself and relies upon donations to keep the services and equipment online.
What funds we do receive after the above go back into the company to improve and make available new services that we offer.
What's the FREE SSL Certificates
With every website hosting plan you get free SSL certification to use with your websites, domains and email servers associated with your account.
The SSL certificates are issued by Let’s Encrypt meaning your connection is secure, encrypted and safe when you access your websites.
Do you offer VPS and DPS services?
VPS and DPS we are currently planning for the services in the Q1 of 2024, we aim to offer these to existing customers first before we open them to the public.
How long does it take for my account to be setup after signing up
FREE Plan:
As soon as we receive the order your account will be setup within 5 minutes.
Paid Plans:
When Payment has been verified your account will be active within 5 minutes.
You will receive email verification and login details once your account has been created.
Can I have additional domain names point to my hosting account?
The plan that you signed up for has a limit of domains you can assign to that hosting account,
there are also alias domains that point to an already created website and this is unlimited.
e.g.
aaa.com, bbb.com,ccc.com all point to mywebsite.com and display the content that is hosted on mywebsite.com
